Joseph N. Gielata, Esq. has nearly a decade of experience litigating class actions and shareholder lawsuits in
federal courts in Delaware, Illinois, Ohio, Florida, New Hampshire and other states. He has also handled a variety of matters in Delaware's Court of Chancery and appeared before the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation.
Mr. Gielata
received his law degree from the University of Chicago Law School, where he was
a Yee Scholar, and studied politics, philosophy and economics at the University
of Pittsburgh, where he was a Chancellor’s Scholar, graduated magna cum laude,
and was named to Phi Beta Kappa. He previously represented plaintiffs with nationally prominent law
firms. He is
admitted to practice in the federal and state courts of Delaware.
